Online Payment Terms and Conditions
Our Website may accept online payments. Clients can pay for our services through Credit and Debit Card options – using Visa, Master or Amex cards - depending on the country of residence in all types of currencies. AAC holds itself not liable to payments processed via Amazon Payment Services or any other payment gateways used on our website for payments including but not limited to training registration, exam registration, consultancy kits purchases, etc.
We are aware of the importance in ensuring a secure online shopping experience, for which reason we use reliable third-party service providers such as Amazon Payment Services. To this end, we use the SSL Certificate from reliable third party service provider to secure your personal information. The SSL Certificate confirms that AAC has been assessed to have installed the highest standard of Internet Security available.
The cardholder shall retain a copy of transaction records and AAC MENA policies and rules.
User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
Purchase Policy
To complete the purchase process, the Customer must be at least 18 years old, be legally authorized to enter into contractual obligations, have the requisite consent or authority to act for or on behalf of any persons included in a booking and must use the Website in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.
The Customer is responsible for his / her financial activities.
The Customer guarantees that the information entered by him / her on this website is accurate.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Before completing the payment process, the customer has to make sure that all contract terms and conditions for changes and cancelations penalties provided by AAC are read and understood in order to agree on them accordingly.
- Certified Training Courses
Once you place an order for a certified recorded training, a refund is not possible.
Refund policy is applicable for the following certified training services:
- Classroom Training
- Online Live Training
With the following conditions:
- Full refund 100% of total price if order was canceled 45 days prior to the training course start date.
- 75% refund of total price if order was canceled 30-44 days prior to the training course start date.
- 50% refund of total price if order was canceled 20-29 days prior to the training course start date.
- 25% refund of total price if order was canceled 15-19 days prior to the training course start date.
- No refund in case order was cancelled 14 days or less prior to the training course date.
- No refund in case of no show up at the first day of the training
Based on the above conditions, if the refund is valid a refund request can only be made through your registered account at our website and a reply will be received within 3 business days.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
- Certified Self Study Exams
Once you place an order for a certified self-study exam, a refund is not possible.
- Non-Certified Recorded Training Courses
Once you place an order for a non-certified recorded training, a refund is not possible.
Once you place an order for a consultancy kit, a refund is not possible.
Delivery & Shipping Policy
We do not offer delivery of products since there are no items to be delivered, so the following will not be applicable:
- Processing of shipping any items/goods conditions.
- Delivery fees for free delivery.
- Delivery time to local/ international.
Payment Confirmation – Services
Payment confirmation will be shared with the customer (as a payment receipt on the order confirmation page) immediately after order has been placed.
(www.aacmena.com) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Jordan.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Intellectual Property and Copyrights
We hold the copyright to the content of this Website, including all uploaded files, layout design, data, graphics, articles, file content, codes, news, tutorials, videos, reviews, forum posts and databases contained on the Website or in connection with the Services. Termination Policy
Users' accounts on AAC website can be terminated in case of abuses or at your sole discretion.
